Milton started Jiu Jitsu Dummies in May 2019 because every BJJ podcast he listened to was either a world champion interview or barely about Jiu Jitsu at all. He wanted the conversation that happens after class, with the people actually filling the mats. The first episodes were recorded in a small conference room. Seven years and 200+ episodes later, the show has grown up a little. Full video on YouTube. A real studio. Guests ranging from 9th degree red belts and UFC veterans to academy owners, competitors and listeners with a story worth telling. The point hasn't changed: always talk about the sport, answer the questions people actually have and hook listeners up with gear.
THE DUMMIES
MILTON CAMPIS
Founder and host. Milton founded Jiu Jitsu Dummies in 2019 and has been behind the mic for every episode since. Off the show he owns Black Belt Digital Marketing and is Founder and Executive Director of the nonprofit Academy Safe.
BEN STARK
Co-host. Ben brings the academy owner's view to every episode: running a gym, coaching students and keeping fighters taped up and ready to go. He owns American Top Team Palm Beach Gardens and FightTape.us.
