Why "Dummies"?

Because we're always learning. And "Idiots" felt a little strong.

Seven years ago this started as a few training partners with microphones. Today it's a studio show with full video, a guest list that runs from world champions and 9th degree red belts to Army Rangers and first day white belts, and two hosts who live in this world every day.

Milton Campis founded the show, runs Black Belt Digital Marketing and leads the nonprofit AcademySafe. Ben Stark owns American Top Team Palm Beach Gardens and FightTape.us. Between them they cover the mat, the business and the safety side of the sport, and they still argue about all three.
